Shipping Policy
We understand the importance of receiving your order within a good timeframe. We can't wait for you to have your item(s) either! Therefore, we strive to process all orders within 24hrs and offer a shipping time of 5 - 10 business days. We will always prioritize getting your items to you as quickly as possible, but can not control potenitial delays with any particular mail carrier. If you have not received your order within 10 business days from shipping confirmation, please utilize your tracking information or contact us for assistance.
Return & Refund Policy
While we are confident that you will love your Bedroom Blossoms products, we understand that there may be reasons for an exchange or return of an item. We accept returns on clothing items only. All specialty products (toys and intimacy products) and accessories are final sale. You must submit your request for a return by contacting us at info@bedroomblossoms.com. Clothing items must be returned unworn, free of damage, with tags and in it's original condition within 15 business days. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product if we determine the product to be used, worn, damaged or otherwise not in its original condition, for any reason. We appreciate your understanding.
